This comfortable house has been the family home for the last 23 years. The house is tired and has been for sale for 3 months in a falling market ....

The Vendor had the property on the market for 3 months before coming to Eastblock for help.
The initial sales agent was lazy and needed to go, the Vendor had lost a lot of money being on the market for so long.

After engaging and working closely with a new proactive sales team we set about to freshen up the house.
New carpets, styling and photographs were done, new marketing profiles were created.

After a strategic marketing plan we took the property to auction which sold for a better than expected sales price.
