Relocating - Sold within 3 days !!

Situation

A young family in the process of relocating interstate. Both parents are busy executives. A character 3 bedroom semi/terrace house, the house was in need of some TLC and preparation before being presented to the market.

While only cosmetic work was required, the house needed to be refreshed from top to bottom, front to back.

The exterior of the property was painted while the owners were in residence. Once they family had moved out, the interior work began.

Work undertaken included:

• Interior and exterior painting
• Minor carpentry
• Minor electrical
• Minor plumbing
• Tile and grouting refreshment
• New kitchen whitegoods
• Landscaping
• Styling

The property was offered to the open market and was sold within 3 days for a price that “absolutely delighted” the vendors.
